Agreement between Kakaw & A.Hakim Al Shemri Holding In a new step towards expansion, Cocoa Factory is seeking to bolster its regional presence in the distribution and retail sector. Especially with the opening of a Cocoa Factory in Kuwait soon, which in turn will serve the local and Gulf markets. Cocoa Factory has announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Abdul Hakim Al-Shamri holding Group, aimed at granting the group a distribution agency of the company's products in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The signing of this memorandum came after the Abdul Hakim Al-Shamri holding Group showed great interest in the distribution of "Cocoa" products, based on its extensive experience in the distribution field, and its strong network of affiliates and points of sale spread across the Kingdom of Bahrain, making it an ideal strategic partner in this expansion.
